## Summary

The Payroll interface was updated to improve terminology and fix bulk selection calculations. The mobile Employee Time In/Out flow was refined to integrate properly with predefined late tiers and enforce a strict morning clock-in cutoff.

## Implemented Updates

- **Processed Payroll Terminology**: Renamed all user-facing references from "Finalized Payroll" to "Processed Payroll" across the switch button, batch dropdowns, tooltips, and informational popups.
- **Selected Net Calculation Fix**: Fixed a bug where clicking "Select All" while viewing a Processed Payroll batch resulted in a "" Selected Net. The system now dynamically fetches and tallies all rows for the active processed batch.
- **Late Tier Integration**: Updated the clock-in validation logic to allow late employees to proceed with their clock-in (if before 10:00 AM), which enables the backend to compute their late deductions naturally based on the configured late tiers rather than forcing an adjustment request.
- **Hard Clock-in Cutoff**: Enforced a strict 10:00 AM cutoff rule. If an employee attempts to clock in at or after 10:00 AM, they are blocked and immediately redirected to submit a Late/Adjustment Request.

## Validation

- Logic tested against isFinalizedMode and isAfter10AM constraints.
- Production Vite build completed successfully.
